I've never written a review for a buisness I didn't use before, but felt I had to share this positive story. I consulted RPM about a railing fabrication job because I was so impressed by the photos of their work and their responsiveness, compared to other places I called. I ended up not doing the job because of factors beyond my and their control, but Paul was nice enough to send me some shop drawings in case I need them in the future. Now THAT is good customer service! - if their work is half as good as their communication and service, you will be happy. These days, it is hard to get a phone call returned, let alone good advice and even drawings, from someone who just wanted to do the right thing and make sure the customer was happy, even knowing they weren't going to get paid.
